About Cottonwood
Cottonwood is a white quartz with soft grey mottling and a light fleck through it, so it has visible texture but no veins to place or match. It sits between a plain white and a marble-look slab.
That makes it one of the easiest colors to run across a whole house, from kitchen to laundry to a couple of baths, without the layout becoming a project. It is also more forgiving of crumbs and coffee rings than a stark white.

What is quartz?

Is Cottonwood a good choice for a rental or flip?
It is a strong one. There is no pattern to match, so fabrication is straightforward, it photographs bright, and the light fleck hides daily use better than a plain white.
How does it differ from a plain white quartz?
It has enough grey movement to avoid looking like a manufactured solid, but not enough to read as marble. If you want a marble look, choose a veined Calacatta instead.

Does Cottonwood need to be sealed?
No. Engineered quartz is non-porous, so there is nothing to seal. Warm water, a soft cloth and a mild soap if needed is the whole routine; skip abrasive pads, bleach and any sealer or topical treatment.
What is the best way to clean Cottonwood?
Warm water and a soft cloth, with a mild soap for anything greasy. Avoid abrasive powders, scouring pads and bleach-based cleaners, which dull a polished surface over time.
