About Jesper Blue
Jesper Blue is a light granite with a white and pale grey field, black speckles and fine dark lines that run across the slab. The cool, slightly blue cast shows up best in natural light.
It is a nice middle ground between a plain speckled granite and a heavily veined stone. It pairs with white, grey, navy and black cabinetry.

What is granite?
Granite is one of the most popular materials due to its versatility, durability, and ease of maintenance. It can also be more affordable than other options. Granite comes in a striking array of colors and is an ideal choice for kitchen and bathroom countertops, outdoor projects, business applications, and other heavily used surfaces.
Jesper Blue questions we get asked
Is Jesper Blue actually blue?
It is mostly white and grey with a cool, slightly blue tone. It will not read as a strong blue in most kitchens.
Do the dark lines look like cracks?
They are natural veins in the stone, not cracks. They are part of the character of Jesper Blue and do not affect strength.
Does Jesper Blue need to be sealed?
Most granite benefits from a sealer, and we seal at install. Dark, dense granites absorb very little, so resealing is infrequent; the water-drop test once a year tells you if it is needed.
Is Jesper Blue a good choice for a busy family kitchen?
Yes. Granite stands up to heat, scratches and daily wear, and a patterned stone like Jesper Blue hides crumbs, water spots and fingerprints better than a solid surface.
