About Ravello
Ravello is a soft white quartz with grey-taupe veins running in horizontal layers, giving it the look of a fine travertine or a layered quartzite. It is calm at a distance and detailed close up.
Large 137in slabs make it a practical choice for long runs and double vanities, where a shorter slab would force a seam. The layered pattern also disguises seams well when one is unavoidable.

What is quartz?
Quartz slabs are engineered from crushed natural quartz bound with resin and pigment. The result is a non-porous surface with consistent color and pattern that never needs sealing, making it a practical choice for kitchens and baths.
Ravello questions we get asked
Is Ravello warm or cool toned?
Neutral, with a slight warm lean from the taupe in the veins. It is one of the easier slabs to place in a room that mixes warm woods with cool paint colors.
Does the layered pattern hide seams?
It helps considerably. Horizontal layering gives the eye something to follow, so a seam placed within the pattern is much less noticeable than on a plain slab.
Is it suitable for a shower surround?
Yes. Quartz is non-porous, so it handles a wet environment well, and the linear pattern looks deliberate on a large wall panel.
Does Ravello need to be sealed?
No. Engineered quartz is non-porous, so there is nothing to seal. Warm water, a soft cloth and a mild soap if needed is the whole routine; skip abrasive pads, bleach and any sealer or topical treatment.
Can I put a hot pan on Ravello?
No. The resin binder in every engineered quartz can scorch or discolor, so use a trivet. If hot pans routinely land on your counter, granite or porcelain is the safer surface.
